Dave, now that’s it’s nearly go time and I’ve heard these are now available as an accessory, tell us about retro fitting them on to a previous year G4.
Worth the $300?
What has to be modified on the skis?

The Spindle has no geometry change, it was not changed it was just made lighter and has a few changes on it where it meets the rubber. So there are three things you can do, buy the munster rubber inserts, cheapest option, run the duropro rubbers second cheapest option. or get the lighter spindles that come with the new ski-doo stiff rubbers, most expensive. I just did this job and it is about 40 min-1 hr to change out the two spindles. Someone in a forum said they did not have to do anything to the skis, and not sure if it was a 2020 like mine or a 2017-2019, there would just be some trimming on the inside of the ski where the spindle and rubber goes in, not anything big, it is just that we can not go into it as if we suggesting cutting something up and it does not work, we will be blamed.Hope that helps, I can not tell you which will make the bigger difference as I have not compared to the munster, or duropro but on all accounts guys like the first tow options. Cheers dave
