2020 polaris release. Instantly makes previous model year 850 worthless by admitting and advertising changes to the engine durability and how it should have been released initially. Stole a guys design that he came up with in his shed. Flaunts it around like its a new feature. Man i would be upset

hey im looking to buy a 2019 polaris 850? said no one ever

Same as 08 XP, in 09, 2011 Etec in 2012, any XM after 2017 oh and 2017 G4’s, who wants those clutching nightmares.

First year sleds generally based on updates are not desirable. With the balance of a four year warranty I think there could still be people inclined to consider 2019 Polaris’s. I know I wouldn’t have too many concerns based on how I have seen them perform and given I don’t run sleds more than 2 years and I would still be selling something in 2 years with warranty. If someone does have a failure they are getting the updated motor anyhow.

Everyone has an opinion, and certainly we all know yours. Lol. But I have 700 miles on my 19 and have had zero issues. I am the heaviest of the guys in our group at 220, and have no problem staying ahead of the G4’s or the Alpha in our group.
I understand some have had issues, but it certainly is not as bad as this place makes it out to be. This is by far the best and most fun sled I have ever had, and I have been squeezing the flipper on sleds since 1972. No regrets ordering a 19 here. Still on original belt, something no G4 owner could ever say.
Also beware of the Alpha, no problem doing a smack down on the G4....

Ok...2018 G4... still on original belt

A couple of confusing statements Henry. I'm one of those G4 owners disputing your claim; 2018 on original belt and 4500 km/2800 miles and 2019 with 1600 km/994 miles and original belt. We have had 5 G4's and other than the motor in my wife's 2017 there have been no problems. There are lots of haters on the three sides of the fence (Polaris, Cat, and Doo) and to each their own. I have buddies on all brands and they are happy and I haven't ridden with any disgruntled riders. The only place I see the disgruntlement is from the keyboard jockeys.

I'm out riding (20 days behind this year due to cold weather and skinny snow) at 35 days so far this year.
