Looking for info on guys running the 2020 only!! Has anyone had issues with the sled sounding like it drops a cylinder from engagement to around 5600rpm, then run perfect after that rpm? boosted or stock. Reeds are good, tps is unplugged, fresh plugs, exhaust valves adjusted properly. Compression is 120/125 on a good gauge. Has been that compression all year, tested about 4 time throughout the year.

Current set up:
2020 hardcore 154" 1000+ miles
Silber turbo intercooled kit (recent flash)
Ran 3psi through break in 8psi since then
50/50 premium/av
Currently running around 2300ft run same at 7K+
Cycles and sleds clutch kit
Boost-T
BOV
Afr was good at wot, sensors been shot for the last 500 miles
BR9EYA plugs as per suggested by silber
Running 8450rpm.

Pull apart all the electrical connectors, ensure they're dry and not showing signs of being corroded (clean em' if so), and give them all some dielectric grease before putting them all back together. Had my sled act up like it was going on one jug, was suggested the same, has been fine since. Hope that helps

That is not enough octane at low elevation, any elevation at 8psi. Mine was detonating and going into limp at 50/50. And your 8450 is way to high. Get that rpm down 8200 or less.
id venture to say it’s leaning way out till secondary injectors start to spray

It's not an octane issue, it's enough octane. only time I had det issues is with a bad tune I had, also with boost can run them higher rpm, but besides the fact that's no help or anything related to the issue, as the mid to top range are good.

Also no secondary injectors, and if there was there is no way at 5600 rpm that it's building enough boost or any boost at all to be into the secondary injectors

if you punch it does it go or keep stuttering? when it seems like its on one cylinder is it just when slowly getting into throttle?

If you punch it, it clears up after a little bog. Seems to do it mostly when going down the trail around 35 mph and less. If your working it hard off and on the the throttle it's good. It's the worst at about 10 mph

I wonder if it's there tune or what. I'm just starting to grab at any ideas because I've talked to guys that are running 20's with the silber and they say they run fine. But mines not. And as for track speed I never did look at speed on a good pull, and on the flat I don't try hold it for long as it will snap the belts in half. I know in waist deep snow on the flats it will put it on the bumper at 50mph if you crack on it

I know you said only 20's but I know of 2 18's that we're doing similar things. Turned out to be the injectors it to cat quite a while to find them.

Thanks, I have heard a few people mention injectors, I am leaning that direction. See if I can get them on warranty, if not there only $100 a pop so will throw a new set in this summer anyways

never really thought it might be injectors. did you run your sled stock? i did not, so i dont know if was caused by the kit or not

I never ran mine stock either, so not sure if it was the kit or not, the tune I ran in November was horrible, couldn't even drive it down the trail. The tune I just put in a month ago is better. But the bottom end has that issue still. I have noticed that when I pull my pipe the y-pipe is pretty wet. Have you noticed with yours if the air box is getting excessive oil in it from the turbo?

My 2020 Alpha mountain cat has had a weird stutter from time to time between engagement and 5500 however i had an 18 mc and a 19 alpha and they run flawless! my buddy has a 2020 hardcore Alpha that has a horrible bog between engagement and 6K! it will almost toss you over the bars
