Learning to love those two looks like it will take a lot of time and effort and even more time ....years maybe....I'm getting pretty old....I don't know if I got that much time left to start to love the flames....let alone skidoooo.

But if the flames are in the finals (that's there is a funny statement in itself)..... but if they're in the finals with say a team like the islanders or the blues, I might cheer for them because they are from Alberta...possibly

I learned at a young age, and have taught my children (and their friends, and neighbourhood kids) A.B.C. - Anyone But Calgary. That being said, I only cheer for the Oilers. I'll watch any game without cheering for another team to win, but I will hope that Calgary loses. (Kinda like the saying 'My two favorites NHL teams are the Edmonton Oilers, and anyone playing the Calgary Flames'

how many years did the Coilers plain out miss the playoffs in a row ? Neither team has lived to their expectations but no one has squandered multiple first overall draft pics like Edmonton Ric. They have made it an art form. Haha!

Even though my Bruins are back in for another shot at the cup, i'm finding it difficult to get excited about it. Just doesn't feel like the SC playoffs with this weird playoff format, oh well, it's better than watching the NBA or MLB.
