Does anyone have a definitive rundown on the differences between the 2020 M models? I'm mainly interested in the Hardcore vs Mountain Cat. So far, the only differences I am seeing are;

-Fox 1.5 Zero (Hardcore) vs Fox Float 3 (Mountain Cat) suspension. Both have QS3 for the front three, and QSL on the rear.

-Hardcore has "reinforced" running boards.

-Colour Options.

-Red Hardcore appears to be pull start only vs electric start option on both the green Hardcore or Mountain Cat.

Anything I'm missing? Trying to decide between the two. I really got used to the e-start on my '15, but I'm leaning towards the red Hardcore regardless. Wish I could see them in person. Ya, I could wrap and powder coat everything, but I'm not one to go overboard on the mods.

Also, and word on whether the rail or tunnel have any changes? Also considering a leftover '19 if the price is right, although the updated motor has me leaning towards the '20s.

You can see them March 31 in St Albert. I think you have the differences covered. I am leaning toward the Grey and Green HC. I too need to see them in person before making a decision.

the hardcore has better shocks, that's what I would choose

Where at in March? Information seems so hush hush on the new models. Last year I got to ride a new sled shortly after the release. This year we didn't even get pricing until two weeks later.

Are the Zeros better than the floats? I'm out of the loop on suspension these days. Used to research the best setup back in my MX days. Not so much in my adult years though.

I've always liked the floats, even back on my 2011 SnoPro. The ease of adjustability was great. That being said, the quick adjust coilovers adjust even easier.

the floats are kid of a pain, lots of playing to find the sweet spot, affected by temperature changes, I hate the little pump

coil overs are set nice, set the preload to your liking then adjust the compression to trail conditions, this is much simpler and you have more consistent performing shock

This is the reinforced rail on the hardcore.

Any difference in cooling? Previous models had extra tunnel cooling on the hardcore vs only bulkhead cooling on the mountain cat
