Perfect you are going to love it.. pull like a freight train get decent mileage and I know a few guys with 17's that have 300k with no issues at all!

I'm really curious to see how the new 6.7 holds up. 10 years ago steel pistons would have been the cats @ss for modded diesels, now Ford has brought them to a production engine.

I Got a 19 had it about 1 year 26k on it now. Its been great so far only thing that craped out so far has been the radio coming home from Sicamous. Had to wait 3 months for a new one as the factories were shut down. Have had a lot of recalls think 6-10 but nothing that caused any grief The full load is nice but I think the power running boards and some of the other options might be pricey when they fail. Love the power of the diesel.
I like the lights on the 2020 not sure what else they changed.

I have a 2017 6.7 work truck with 220k. It's doing ok. Lower ball joiints started to seize around 180k, I slammed some grease zirks in and they seem to be holding out. The vacuum operated front hubs aren't great. Lower caliper slider pins were starting to seize at three wheels recently. Well, one of them probably a while ago as the pads wore really uneven. It's hard on tires and I don't know why. I normally get 100k out of tires but only 60 with this truck.

The engine and trans are great. I have never plugged the thing in. Don't even know where the cord is. At -35 starts just like +20. Mine is silver and the paint is really tough. Almost no rock chips.

In my head
Have a 2019 that recently turned over 10,000km. Comfortable for a 1 ton and somewhat fun to drive. Lots of power. Like how quiet it is. Don't like the turbo lag and don't like 6th gear when towing. Will be interesting to see how the 2020 with 10 speed and updated turbo fares. Mileage really bothered me till our last camping trip. Trailering out of Edmonton for 7 hours mileage was at about 22 to 24 L/100KM. Miraculously on the way back from same trip, 16 to 17L/100km. That's mixed driving, prairies and mountains. Same roads there and back. Seemed to change right after hitting 10,000km. Will see how next rip goes.

Really curious about the 2020 engine, turbo and trans changes and if the are indeed a big improvement.

True story they can be a bit hard on fuel during break in. You are right about 10-15k its starts to climb

Also have a 19, only 4000kms on it so far and like it, real nice comming from a 2011 Ram, i opted for the long box this time for future of truck camper and the factory 179L fuel tank.

I have a 17 and love it. It has had a handful of minor recalls but nothing major. The engine and trans is awesome, but i'd love to try the 10 speed towing. If you are getting a truck with PTM bumpers, make sure you get the 3M right away. The paint is horrible and chips right away.

Looking for a 2020 350 Lariat diesel. What kind of discounts are people seeing out there right now? Couple dealers offering 10,000 off but that’s for ford pricing thinking I should be able to get more.

I know the discounts are not at the half ton level but the diesels were discounted more then the super duty gas engines
