I think the point was it costs doo zero $$ to shorten the tunnel and make the bars smaller.
Th rear shock alone is more money. The limiter strap remote adjuster is more. They are probably paying Kuster royalties on his seat. Is the sled earth shattering? No. But a lot of great upgrades that will make it a better sled again.

They don't need 4 different models when the 'cheap one' is only $1250 less than the good one. Here's what I would offer if I was in charge.
In season model. All the small mid cycle updates that don't cost anything. Spindles, bars etc. and the barely acceptable X pack shocks. (anything less is nonsense) 1 year warranty 3 colors. 163x3 pull start for $14500. And don't make a million more than you can sell by the end of January.
Snow check model. Every feature they've got between the FR and Xpert. 3 year warranty, 4 colors, 3 shock options, (None at all, X pack, w/e the FR has).$15500 - 18000.

Im pretty sure it does cost doo money to make the expert package.
That package has alot more than a shorter tunnel and smaller dia bars.
Some of the parts are new, and don’t forget the R@D.

Its what, 750 bucks over a X package to purchase??? You cannot build that sled for that money.

I see the expert package going into other models it was that popular.

I think doo hit a home run with that sled, cause now I dont have to build one for my next sled.

Haven't had a chance to ride one or asked someone who has..

Do they want to wheelie over backwards now that the tunnel isn't there? I've brought mine over onto the handlebars more then twice, just wondering what these will be like..

There is no more wheelie bar, I was told re-entry’s are alot easier.
