Most people launch their boat into the river with a trailer and pump end first. Lol
What river are you guys running in the second picture?

That’s the North Saskatchewan river. About 15min from the dam

Just west of Abraham. Is there any signage so you don't enter the park?

There used to be a small sign, but its your responsibility to know where to stop. Its easy if you use your smart phone or gps. There is a ranger station at the hwy 93 bridge so they will hear you go by. I've heard and talked to a few guys that find it fun to go past the boundary but all that is going to do is ban boating that stretch.

Gunner, you will like your diesel heater I started to buy those things a few years ago and have an addiction. I've mounted those $200 heaters in almost anything and everything. I've only ever had one problem, the fuel tank on one showed up with only threads on one half. They refunded me the $26 for a new tank.

Just realized the west of Abraham part. Never been up that way. I was thinking you were asking about that picture still. That’s down stream fro the dam.

Lots on eBay or Amazon. I don’t have a link but my buddies is orange and blue it works good.

Just seen that to. Will be a fast little boat. Seen a few eagle 14’ step Tec boats with 240sj in them. They’re a 65mph boat.

No problem, where do you launch? Just west of Rocky and run upstream to the dam?

We crossed Abraham lake once. Well twice actually, there and back in my brothers custom weld cobra. It was one of the roughest trips we were on. My brother still swears to this day that we dented the bottom of that boat bouncing across those rollers. Nice once out to the actual river.

You can launch at Saunders rec area or at the forestry truck road. But I would recommend Saunders. At the trunk road your only 20min from the dam.

Ya that’s a pretty sick boat for sure. Looks like it runs pretty skinny too.
