A Cariboo snowfall warning has triggered a mass exodus from Alberta. There are traffic jams caused by trucks with sled decks, trucks with trailers sprinkled in with the odd single sled in the box.

The Alberta Pilsener beer supply has been severely affected.

Beef jerky and pickled eggs are hard to come by.

The sounds of trucks stampeding to Mcbride can be heard all the way to Vancouver.

The boost knobs are being turned up way past acceptable levels.

The population of Mcbride(613 hearty souls) may double this weekend.

I’m getting second info from the groomer but S&M will give us the real scoop. Hotrod says excellent early season snow at all hills plus the valley snow really helps to smarten up the trails for the riders.

Rode Belle today, trail in excellent condition lots of snow in the parking lot, deep up top and under a snowfall warning now. Tomorrow is going to be awesome!!

We rode renshaw today Dec 6. -Epic day great trail, outstanding conditions for this time of the season. 1 1/2 feet of fresh over a unforgiving base.
