2019 165 g4 rear sag??

Just picked up 2019 850 with 165, and super excited to ride it. Can already see the rear sag is significant for me(290ish all in with avy gear). Want to know the most cost effective way to improve this, as this purchase has tapped my “toys” fund pretty well. So just replacing the rear suspension is just not an answer for me at this moment. I’ve read on here about heavier torsion springs that could be a big help, was hoping someone could point me in the right direction for these?

Also, considering budget, any recommendations for “must have” additions for my first year on the G4 sled? Thanks.

Just talk to your nearest dealer for the heavier springs, they are not that expensive ,I also had to put the fat boy springs on
As far as must haves it depends on your riding style
Some will say get rid of the t-motion others like it,
Get out and ride it first, then decide what you like and do not like and change it, on my own sled I put in extended glove box, Great for spare goggles and gloves, link gas can and tunnel bag, removable snowflap is also good

At 290# get the heavy springs for sure.
Get a fuel caday and storage bag for the tunnel and you are good to go.
Cooker cans are nice too.
Not much more needed as sleds work pretty good stock in 19.
Take an avy coarse, that's needed for sure!

the bigger springs and the spacers should help you out on the cheap. I'm going to put the Munster bushing savers and extra rubbers on mine. maybe a set of 7/8" bars and lower riser. Should basically be an "expert" after but I'll have the freeride shocks

Hey there, I'm a big fella as well, 6'5" and over 300 with my gear on and I ride the **** out of my '18 free ride. All I did was the torsion spring spacers, I just tried them as a joke but I liked them so much I sold my baker skid, no need for heavier springs, just get the spacers, only $100, and I ride with my torsion blocks on 3 or 4 at max, it's crazy how much difference it makes. Oh and add bakers inside tunnel bracing with running board stiffeners and some sort of HD bumper, trust me, you'll thank me later, these new tunnels are garbage

Worth every penny.
Cleaned up the excess sag.

I'm not a doo guy, but thinking it isn't all the tunnels fault. Maybe the extra 100lbs isn't helping.....

The spacers make it so you can run your shocks on a lighter setting, the sag required to fill a dip will still be there when weighted down IMO

Yes I am aware but I still wanted to throw the recommended sag from the manual out there.

Hygear suspension sells the spring spacers and a whole lot more inexpensive suspension fixes. Great to deal with!
