Chappel November 17, 2018

Pics and report from Wildrose Shows and Brain H.

Some open water spots on the trail, good ride in, lots of fresh pow, 18" - 24" in some places, coverage from parking lot, and good coverage from 4000' and up. And he says most defiantly early riding conditions.

Heres some pics,

Nice that’s a good first ride... lots of sledder up Allen? Any pics to post? Thx in advance

There was some discussion on the interweb that Allan has been ridden pretty hard for what you can access, but I did not head there this weekend. We had a great day in Chappell Creek on Saturday. Overall the upper snowpack is still extremely thin at about 1 meter or just under in most locations. We got very lucky with a few touches of rocks etc and no damage, but are going to wait a while before heading out again.

Trails into Allan and Chappell do have full snow coverage, but it can be very thin at times.
