Although I rarely look at my gauges when I'm givener I have to agree on the gps thing. Why have sled companies not caught on and made this standard operating equipment?

I personally think this cluster is awesome. Small and simple to scroll through. I do not pay for GPS/nav on vehicles as after market or hand held are better. I look at my gauge for temps, trip km, rpm's and fuel! Thanks for sharing Dave and congrats on your new addition to your family!

No need to be sorry, it is not my product. GPS is a waste as most guys who want that carry a good one that a manufacture could never keep up with unless it added 1000.00 to the price. Then when you go dirt biking your gps is in your sled, not sure how that works. If you want 2016 are you willing to pay 1000.00 to add it in? If not then you answered your own question, have not posted a photo yet but my dash is covered by pow 99.9% of my riding, i swipe it off to find if I am getting close to being out of fuel, personally it ranks right up there with the shape of my tail light. Of course everyone has a different opinion and like everything once people who buy one see it, they will like it.

I think GPS is an available option. I was on the BRP site and it is under accessories when building a sled. Didn't seem to be much info on it though. I would actually like GPS on my sled as it the only thing I travel on or in where I am far from roads.

Yes you can get the gps unit which is separate and plugs and plays into the glove box extension. it is not in the dash display, it is a handheld gps.

I wish my dash was covered in pow every trip but in reality that is a few trips a season when we hit that good snow.

I wouldn't mind the price increase if the function was good. An optional dash would be one option I would think.

Yep it sure is. So are the LED headlights.



Dunno why doo went with the calculator style screen, the old one was nicer.

The riderX is what all sleds should have. But like Dave said its stuck to your sled.

The one for the doo glove box is removeable and can be taken with you anywhere.

For me the gauge on the new Doo is perfect. I don't have much time to be admiring gauges when I am riding. On deep days they are covered in snow. This gauge gives the rider all the info you need when you need it. If you want the GPS by the accessory pod and gps offered by Doo.

Im using the garmin montana gps. If my sled brake down its kinda hard to carry my sled around as a gps.

I never look at my gauge so the new one will work fine.

Nobody looks at the god dam rpm and adjusts to elevation and conditions ?

I look at my gauges all the time, check rpm on pulls, track speed, engine temp in low snow, guess these guys are just Heros riding endless powder everyday all day no worries in the world. Lol

I carry a Garmin rino regardless, have you ever tried to follow one while riding with it in your hand? Good times.

Nah clicker 4 where i ride. At 8000rpm.

I don't need to look at an rpm gauge to know my sled is running well, or not.
