Thinking about buying a Stock non deleted 2017 ram 3500 crew cab Laramie, truck just turn over 100,000kms no rust or dents maintenance records shows everything is up to date. It has the 68rfe transmission I don’t know much about the ram Cummins models as for what’s good and bad about them? Any feed back would be nice!!!
2016 Ram 2500 C/C S/B Laramie, 124,000km, S&B intake, GDP intake runner, 5" Flopro exhaust with straight through muffler & an EFI Live 40hp tow/haul tune. Awesome truck! The only thing I wished I had is a longbox when sledding! Otherwise its nice to park in the city. Wouldn't sell it or trade it for anything!

What tune did you go with? I heard some good reviews on Mitch coopers tuning.

Your're gonna wanna change to led headlamp and fog lamp bulbs... especially with those black backgrounds! I use the Go Performance T2's in the green boxes. They fit nice and because your DRL's are the amber signal marker, no need for encoders.

9012's for low beams and 9005's for high beams. Can't remember fogs, I think H10's but not certain.

Perfect thanks appreciate that, stock bulbs are pretty dull for sure, I’m sure a light bar inside of that cut out in the front bumper we’ll help things to lol!!!!

On my 2014 and now 2016, I went with Performance LED out of Clairmont. I barely use my light bar with their bulbs. Bright and a great, clean cut off.

I have an 08’ Mega cab, 6.7CTD, 6 speed standard. Deleted with a mini max tuner set on 3 bars from lowest setting.
currently sitting at a shade over 500,000 kms.
engine is still completely as it left the factory minus water pump and idlers and belt. It has never been opened up and still the original vgt turbo. I heard the key to the turbo is to use the exhaust brake 100% of the time. I turn it on as soon as its fired up every time. Maybe it helps? I dunno. Had original front brakes up to 380K, rarely need to use brakes with Exh brake and a manual tranny.
as usual the rest of the truck will conk out before the drive train. Mines got the iron oxide acutosis pretty bad and other annoying things like dash lights quit working and such. All in all its been a damn good rig.
