2016 Etec swap out tips

Hello looked around didn’t find much. But I’m chit at computers.

Swapping a etec with a new short block. Any special tools or tips for this.

I have done lots of Pteks but this is the first Etec’s

Wondering about injectors,flywheel ect

Injectors just keep track of mag and pto side and move em over the same to match the ECU programming. Flywheel was simple pull and move over when I did it. Then we hooked up to buds primed fuel pump, purged oil lines, reset break in mode, checked rave valve operation and fired it up.

I had read the buds primes the oil pump? Is this true? And fuel
Pump as well?

yes it does. Run fuel pump to refill injector system Oil pump is also electric. Just turn it on in buds when you fire it up and enjoy the smoke show Do it outside lol
