Nothing for me this year but knew that was going to be the case. I will have to drop a Muley with my bow and a white tail with my 300 win mag. I am hoping that a friend of mine will put me on an elk with my bow in his secret spot. I can't wait to see everyone's pics of animals harvested. Good luck!!!

You bet, did it for many years and even co-owned a meat shop at one time. Cut a lot of meat for myself and friends during hunting season. Hate seeing guys pay $800 just to have an Elk cut when I can have it all boned out and nice steaks, roast and stew meet in 1 1/2 hour!

I got my Mule buck and bull elk for two hundreds. I just took my 338 win mag out but I still can't get it to shoot reliably. Probably just me, damn that thing kicks. Probably just use the 308 on both critters if I'm lucky enough to find an Elk.

Im not sure how this ##cked draw system works but wife & boy got a moose in 348 with priority 2&4 my 5 never got drawn not complaining but fair?? Boy also got mule deer buck in 346 first year and i applied 5 years and nothing. The drone could be handy this year lol.
