Isn't that just retarded ? Build track with less material and charge more . Like a lot of things.
The 2.5 is standing up and I wonder how the 3 will ?
Going to hurt if you replace with same.

that 162 3" isnt far off from what the 3" camoplast tracks are going for now. but there is never that big a jump in price from 162-174 in the aftermarket

A T2.5 would be a ideal package for me IMO! 2.5 is a great all around track.

I agree, I think most of the T package will be applied to summits next year and that is the sled I want.

Lol no maxwell it came with two in the box plus all the hardware. I know i was surprised with the deal too. Im debating on keeping the entire rear skid from my '13 and throwing it in the new '15 t3 when it gets here. I mean spent a bit of money on the ice age and powder coating. The new T3 look crappy all aluminium el naturel
very good deal. make sure its not just one LOL.

cheapest i ever paid for 2 ice age was 300$ + shipping when they had some summer clearance sale

Well it looks like I'll be waiting until next year t buy a new sled. This 2015 Ski Doo lineup just isn't doing it for me and i'm afraid the (Ski Doo) will come out with something a lot better next year. Crossing my fingers on that one.

So I bought an 09 Yamaha Rhino 700 EFI to ease the pain instead. lol

But it's already the best ? Nobody has seen it on snow or seen it head to head with X brand.
Stock 800 pro with 174 x 2.5? Works dam good from what I have seen.
Can you imagine if said 2015 T3 gets it's ass handed to it by the above that cost less for set of rails and track. Lol
Don't come out and say it can't because nobody knows as far as I have seen.

It could happen but first i don't understand. A stock pro 800 with 174" x 2.5" with rails is cheaper then the new t3 174"? My google skills tell me a new poo pro 800 is $13600 msrp of course and a track that big is at least $1200 plus rails at least $400 thats $15200 pretty well the same price as the t3. Then you have the headache of doing it all putting it together. As well its voiding warranty and one year less warranty to.

Again just my opinion

Tracks going to be much more than that.. Plus you are going to either have to get a new chain case.... Or smaller drivers.... Chain case will cost an unreal amount of money.. And drivers are about 400
