2015 coolant cap

Anyone else have a coolant cap blow off a 2015 M8? I've seen two this season. Might be Coincident but worth checking yours! No need to take off hood just reach in and feel!

after fighting with my 14 i could see that happening pretty easy. I loosened my hood off when i put the can on and the rad cap was rate up against the hood. tryed re aligning things but it still hit so i cut the tit off one side with some tin snips. sadly i still cant get the hood on rite tho. the little hook on the left farthest back part of the hood wont stay in the hole it hooks so it sits 1/2" high. any one else have this issue?
