2015 800 ECM Reflash?

Hey all you Doo guys... Is there or can you Reflash 2015 800X to 2016/2017 as someone mentioned that I should do this??? Is this accurate and if so does Ski-Doo charge you?

any reason you would need a reflash?. engine lights? excessive oil use? any issues? I would say if there's no issues with the machine you would be wasting your time.

Cold flooding issues ( like -20 cold) some of the first 15s had, but most got fixed after the fact from dealers

You can advance the ignition timing through the buds computer, each sled is setup differently in "timing" to achieve the desired HP number...if you know a qualified tech that is proficient with the buds system he can give you a more advanced power curve, and cleaner throttle response through fuel and timing is prob what you are after.

Ya all I have heard is timing advance, but some are already bumped up

The ecm is so s.m.a.r.t that it can correct the advanced timing if base is too far
