Was in red Sands today. Hadn't been many dudes in until now. Lots of fresh lines. Not quite the case now, but still a good amount left. The sun seems to have settled the snow, lots of traction out there.

Is Blue River getting pounded with snow this week or what? Any amount of fresh in town?

Also I can't remember but are most of the trails groomed and collect a fee at blue lately? Haven't ride there in a year or so

Rode Groundhog last weekend, trails are groomed, were in GREAT shape, and fees are collected.

Rode groundhog today. West had more snow than east slightly. 1000' feet difference in elev. snow-crust in both areas under 8" of fresh. Below snowcrust - DEEP!! socked in pretty good today. Surprising amount of guys went up to foam and heard its tracked purely good. GH west was deep, I don't think anyone broke in the upper today.....

We rode foam today. Lots of tracks but still lots of untouched stuff. The. It started snowing and by the time we came back to the trail head we couldnt see our tracks from the morning. Trail sucks though. Groomer cant get up because snow bridge isnt made yet, have to ride the highway to the hairpin corner.

Rode redsands on Friday, Broke trail all day. Still a **** ton of riding back there. Had to head home otherwise would be in there for round two.

Here is what Blue River has received far :
November We received 93.4cm OR 36.7" OR 3.06'
December We received 122.7cm. OR 48.3" OR 4.03'
Grand Total 7.09 FEET so Far this Season !! AWESOME !!
Our Guests have been enjoying ALL this POW everlasting POW !! ( Now Pounded )
There were Couple Hundred Sleds in Blue River after Xmas and We are still Over Flowing with Peeps Sledding here !!
So Current Temp @ 3:20pm is -10C. Cloudy / Sunny
We are supposed to be in a Strong High Pressure for the next 5 days so nothing but Sunshine on the way !!
Bummer We need some more SNOW to cover ALL these Tracks with Everybody Sledding Blue River these days We are in need of More Snow We are Pounded out right now .......

UPDATE !!

I have Checked out MY Weather Station ( Lick Finger Stick in Air )
I have also Spoken with ULAR ( Snow God )
Soooooo here is Yer Forecast for the next 8 - 10 Days ......
Blue River is in a VERY Strong HIGH Pressure NO SNOW for 10 Days ....That Sucks grrrrrrr
Temps .....Highs of -8 to -10C during the day
Lows -12 to -15C
WELL that is a pretty Crappy Forecast Nothing but SUNSHINE for 10 Flipping Days ......
I predicted We would see 16 - 18 Feet of Snow for in Town this Season soooooo ULAR had better GET R DONE !!!

More YAP NO CRAP to Come ......

Ok so Blue River is pounded out HOWEVER I know where You just might find some POW CALL ME ,.......
They are calling for 5-10cms tonight and hopefully 5-10 tomorrow night !!
We have climbed out of the Deep Freeze
Current Temp -3.4C I can't see any Stars so We are Definatly Cloudy its trying to squeeze out a Flake or 2 ....LOL
Cloudy with Snow again tomorrow .......
Ohhh Ya did I mention I have a OPENING at the HSI for THIS Weekend .... This just in ......

Just got back from a great stay at the Holy Smoke Inn. Couldn't have asked for better hosts than Robin and Patty!! The meals that Shelly and Cathy cooked were absolutely the best. Hope to see you next Feb. if not before. Thanks again, Allan
