Hey guys wondering what options you guys know of so that I don’t have to buy a brand new 163 3” for $1700 from the dealer. Bought the sled at an auction and didn’t see the one torn paddle right down to the cords.

Tried calling some wreckers but no luck as the tracks move fast when they do come up.

Wondering if I just get a 2.5 with drivers and swap to that. Any thoughts?

+1. I wouldn't hesitate to ride that all winter.

I'd trim back the peeling edges with a sharp knife, and consider sealing it up. "Freesole" is a liquid urethane product for doing shoe repair. Very durable and remains flexible.

I used to cut paddles, now I use E6000. Should fix your problem.

Thanks guys, the guys reaction to the condition of the track at the dealer when getting some gauges programmed had me nervous.

Just concerned about it letting go. Will look at some repair options and maybe just run it.

I agree do some repair work to stop the delamination and then run it.
