What’s out there for options on rear shock for a 163 summit x tired of the rear end sag already have hd springs wondering if there’s cheaper or better options than $400 oem replacement

The expensive route is Enzo rear shock calibration if its an X package sled Daron or you could also buy those spring spacers for the rear torsion springs. They are about $85/set plus freight.

Rebuild/replace the shocks and get the torsion spring spacers if youre staying with that style of spring. The spacers made a huge difference in my T3 and fixing its rear sag and they were relatively cheap at ~$90.

Like said above. Either get Enzo’s to go over them and spring them but I believe you can’t take those rear shocks apart on the older X. Other then heavy duty springs and spacers you can’t really do much else with those garbage HPG shocks

Can probably find a zbroz torsion spring delete kit for cheap used. About $600 new.

Elka makes one too.

Get rid of the ****ty springs and and add a much better shock.

I had a 2015 with the fox nextech and it was night and day.

2013 eh ! Ya think that shock is still working? Oh ya right it’s a ****ty hpg made by Kayaba who has more oem dirt bike shocks than most anybody? Get shock rebuilt and revalved for under 100 bucks or drink some coolaide for $1000.
