2013 Ram 3500, where are you?

I think the new Ram HDs are nice but I just can't get past the fact that 3.42 gears are the only option in the single rear wheel trucks. What about the guys that want to run bigger tires. I have 4.10s in my 2012 Mega and I wouldn't want any less.
I pretty much only use my truck for towing and am now actually considering a new Ford Platinum.
Does anyone have the gear ratios of the Aisin transmission? Maybe they are lower than the 68RFE and make up for the 3.42s. Although 3.42s are the only option with the 68RFE too.

Yeah Im not too thrilled about the 3.42 gears either... Was really close to pulling the trigger on the 12 with 4.10s but passed in favour of a new one later this year... Im guessing I'll have to do a gear swap when I get a new truck as I cant see the 3.42s working out for me.

It is interesting that 1st and 5th are lower than the 68RFE is but 6th is the same. Maybe with the added torque the 3.42s would pull in OD. It would depend on how big of tires a person wanted to run.

I definitely think the Aisin will help with towing, but I don't see it being enough to overcome the tall gearing.
