Great last trip of the season up Clemina the last two days. A ton of sun. Good climbs. Made it into morning glory. Went everywhere but Dixon. Seen two massive black bears. Drank a few teas. And got ripping suntans.
Parked at km 14 ish and rode a few snow flakes on the road till the cabin lol thanks again Valemount.
Snow report in from Summit river lodge, it's been raining all day and the clouds just lifted enough to give us a sneak peak that winter is just around the corner
Thanks terry...just what we needed to make the wait seem longer. Lol. Might be haeded your way on the bike one day. Will call to see if you have a room for us. Cheers
Is it too soon? Sled videos on in the garage, thoughts of tinkering are invading my head, starting to work out at the gym.....sledding is a curse.....of the best kind....probably ought to come down for the work B in sept. Get a little mountain fix.
Summit River Lodge Is Proud to host Ride With Chris Brown has teamed up with Frozen Snow Pirate Services ( AKA Depsnolvr) to put on two riding clinics in Valemount.
We just released our Technical Riding Clinic schedule for BC. The price for the clinics this year is $695/person. We will be adding one more in Whistler shortly. We have teamed up with Frozen Pirate Snow Services, Golden Snowmobile Rentals and Grizzly Lodge. These partnerships will help us provide expert technical skills training and avalanche safety instruction in multiple types of riding areas.
We will be staying at Summit River Lodge in Valemount, Stag Hollow in Golden and Grizzly Lodge in Scotch Creek.
We have brand new 2015 Polaris PRO and ASSAULT RMKs to demo for this year! We also dropped the guiding prices for 2015! Please check out Ride With Chris Brown for more info
No not really , I can finally star to see some up there, I'll be doing a jeep run up to clamina cabin the weekend so I'll get a better look then, we are still a ways away but it's only around tbe corner.
Snowmobilers are hilarious. It snows literally every year. The earliest you can ever (safely) ride is november 20th or so, yet we all get excited when we see a pic of snow in October. (I'm not above this)
