2012 XF 1100 Turbo Belt Issue

Hey guys and gals. Buddy is having a lot of problems blowing belts on this sled. In 1500 Miles its gone through 4 belts. was hoping somebody could share some advice on what to do that I could pass his way. Thanks in advance.

has he taken it to the dealer and had them ensure that the clutches are properly aligned?

Is he making super long wide open pulls or runs without letting up at all?

Yes its been to the dealer, and they said its all aligned and good to go. They have been nice enough to pay for 3 out of the 4 belts.

As far as riding is considered its happend in all different situations just basic operation of the machine. We not overly aggressive riders so I don't think we are ever at WOT for more then a minute at the absolute most.

Are the belts popping cords, snapping, or disintigrating? Any venting done to the sled? Header or turbo blankets?

talked to echo cycle in edmonton, they said there is a update for them. buddy had same issues with his.
