2012 summit headlight issues

simple , they dont work , havent looked beyond pulling the cluster and making sure wiring was plugged in , tail light works , no hi or low beam , first ride , any direction

Yep, go see your dealer. He will fix it for free.

Did they work when you picked up the sled from the dealer?

Is it an X with the stand alone light switch? Or SP with standard control? When you hit the hi-beam does the hi-beam indicator come on?

Sounds like something is unplugged. To pull the gauge cluster is easy, no need to remove anything, just pop the cluster out.

think it was working when I picked it up , that was a long time ago, lol , ya its an x , called the dealer and they said there is a plug part way down the steering shaft said they had two previous and they just unplugged and plugged it back in and it started working , going to do that and see what happens , if not off to the dealer go
