Just picked up a new to me 2012 Proclimb 162" Been reading a few threads about a 20 tooth top gear change. Just wondering if anyone has tried this and if you would need to change the chain as well.

Please excuse my ignorance but what would be the benefit of going to the other chain setup? I have heard of dropping to a 19 tooth. Need to change the chain to do the swap? Think it's worthwhile? I am looking for bottom end more then top speed. I too just picked up a '12 162".
The guys I ride with geared them up to the same as a crossfire 2012 (not 13). Gearing down a sled is t always the answer. The 2012 m 800 is geared super low already. I know both my nytros were belt spitters till I geared up. The guy I ride with is amazing with clutching and he had huge success with this.

I think the last count was 6 or 7 belts. plus I grenaded the secondary as well. sheared all four bolts that hold the secondary together. I blew 2 belts that day. should have taken the blown belts as a sign that something was wrong lol but kept riding anyway!
The Cutler secondary, helix and weights look good as well. Anyone on here try them. Also does anyone sell the MDS weights in Canada.
