2012 pro teardown

Well i figured i would start getting my sled ready for winter so i started pulling it apart. Got a new tunnel on the way so its a major tear down. During the tear down found some problems.

Bulk head Cracked
One engine mount worn out

Anyway here some pics

The third pic is of the crack on the clutch side of my bulk head right beside where the top a arm mounts

Anyways sending lots of parts off to powder coat and waiting for all my parts to come in.

Impact coatings in the west end they do great work did parts on my sled & did every part I could on my old yz 100 !!!!!!!

Building a backing plate for the belt drive i am going to run instead of using and avid chain case. Hope it works out ok
