2012 M1100 with ECM 25 code

Have this code coming up and reverse not working. Took all electrical connections off and cleaned. Checked wiring, still no luck.
still going to do some digging into it, just wondering if anyone has a trick or two?
Some forums say the reverse switch itself, but most wiring?

Had the same issue with mine. Probably need a new actuator. The spiral gear in the actuator is most likely warped or hanging up.

Yea that what I was hoping was Not the case, guess it's off to the dealer to spend more money....... Got a have it!

it's very easy to tear that actuator apart and look at it yourself, just have to use 2 little screw drivers when putting it back together for the electrical brushes.

Sometimes you can get away with taking the actuator apart and rotating the circle gear to a new contact spot and it will work fine too. They can get much play when they get worn and hang up.
