So Dean at Mad Motorsports then? My RPM's barely bounce off 7800 at best...it feels like I am always at 3/4 throttle, but I guess I weigh 240 lbs with my socks on. I am on clicker 6 everywhere except for the trail up. At 1400-1600 meters elevation, my sled pulls very hard, like it should and like it used too. I put a 2012 rebuild BRP kit into the primary and secondary (new main springs and helix on secondary). Just need to get the clutching dialed otherwise, I love this sled.
only mods are can, light weight battery, 10" tower and the 12' clutching.

So what clicker is everyone running. I have a new 2012 800 etec with a can and it came with the clickers set at 1 So I was told to set them higher since we are running the mountains but lets not forget I have had my share of Tim hortons donuts so I am no lightweight

I'm 225lbs without gear. I'm running clicker 3 with a hps can on my 2012 etec 154. Hitting 8k bang on at 3500 ft - 5500 ft. Mods so far is hps can, zbros 36" chromoly high clearance arms, hot pot, few other small things. Love this sled. Came from a 2007 m8.

Watch your WOT rpm & adjust from there (approximately 200 rpm/clicker), I normally run clicker 1 until I know that I need the full rpm to help get me where I want to go but I am lighter than most & rarely need WOT to get where others go. When I want full power I tend to look for about 100 rpm over manufacturers stated max power as tach seems a tad lower than actual.
