Seems like I am up on my rev limiter every time I hit the throttle...WOT-anyone else having this problem, knocked my clickers down to one and still the same! Any ideas? Otherwise, beautiful sled, a whole new ride for me!!

What altitude you running at. You may need to run more pin weight in your TRA.

Yep alt? belt deflection? Stock calibration should be good for clicker 1 at 8000ft so anything below that you will have issues.

Location looks like Fruitvale, so elevation is 1300 ft in Trail, riding is around 2500-5500 ft in that area generally. Pretty sure takethebounce covered this in another Doo thread, someone else had the same issues. I will try and find the thread.

Here is the link to the thread and the same described issue. If hitting the rev limiter all the time on clicker #1, as snopro said you might have to add some pin weight to bring the RPM down

Sounds like #2 should be spot on then......I was on #3 last week at 7000 feet with really heavy wet snow. Its been #1 from 2200 to 8000 ft all winter. Pulling 7800-7900.

It should be as simple as changing the weights your running.

Need to subtract then

Are you saying i need to subtract weight? According to DJ best performance is to be had on #3-#4 (best track speed). So i need to add more weight to lower clicker at elevation.

Need to take weight away so you can get you clickers down to 3-4 Higher the # higher the Rpm.pull some weight so you can lay the ramp down so it can up shift.
