Up Owlhead yesterday. Pretty tracked up and set up snow. Thumbs down to the douches that turned the bbq on inside the cabin and left it on. trying to burn the place down?

Here are a few pics from last fri sat and sun. We road eagles yesterday. It was good hero snow and tracked up. But we were able to find some untouched. :)
Yes that is my daughter on with me I wanted her to feel how to carve...she got off and did it on her own! What a blast!

Was pissing rain up boulder today up to the 5000ft or so . Above 6000 feet was an unreal day of sledding when the sun came out ! Lots of fresh . Knee deep , coming over the hood .

anyone know how far up on owls there are unloading

We were up Owls Head on the 7th and unloaded at the 7k lot. There were only a few bare patches for the first k above that. The snow line is almost to the valley bottom this morning so there might be some good conditions up there!

I was up at Blue Lake on Sunday(14th) with lots of powder and sunshine!

This is the latest I have on parking:

Blue Lake: We parked at 6.5k with our pickup/deck and had very little gravel above that. I saw some large trailers at about 6k -there are a few corners that still have deep snow on the way up but did not seem to slow people down (mostly bared off to 6k)

Owlhead: The road is plowed to 7k. I was told yesterday that there are a few patches of gravel above that but not too bad.

Queest: I was told that on Sunday, pickups were going to the 6.5k lot with some deep snow ruts at 6k but good traction. I'm not sure if any trailers were up there. The trail was reported as fairly smooth.

Eagle Pass; The road is plowed to 4k and the last I heard 1 week ago there are water bars up to about 12k and I'm not sure how much is baring off.

Enjoy your spring!!

We are heading there on Thursday the 25th. Is there any updates from this past weekend?

I was not able to go sledding this weekend but I did fly over the area on Sunday Afternoon. There were sleds on all four hills (Queest, Owlhead, Blue Lake and Eagle Pass) with very few tracks in fresh snow. I could not tell where folks were parking but I did talk to one guy who was up at Eagles. He said that they parked at about 8 and had quite a few bare sections to 13 where the trail gains elevation. He said one truck went up to 10 but had some trouble coming out in the afternoon slush. Have a great weekend!
