Been having problems making my sled rev. Everything checks ok at the dealer on the sled. I'm not happy with the sleds performance so I installed an AEM Wideband gauge as my plug check was reveiling that at WOT sled is running way too rich. I came back from my test ride with some results.
RPMs at 7850 with 68g weights at WOT = 11.8 on Wideband gauge. A little rich I'd say. Bottom and mid are excellent at readings between 14-15. I think if this sled can be cured of it's rich top end it will rip and pull revs like it should.
Might try a new tps this week but and hope this cures it.
Then it will be a new fuel filter.
Anyone have any ideas on how to make this sled work?
Now I'm looking if anyone knows of a programer that will adj fuel and not timing?

Thanks

You could install a adjustable fuel pressure regulator and take a few lbs pressure out of it.

Power commander 5 can add/remove fuel and can't adjust timing. Only problem is you can only adjust the map with a laptop, unless you buy the $300 LCD display. Could a bad pipe sensor cause your rich problem?
