2011 Etec running on one cyl

Can't find a service bulletin for 2011 or 2012. Have you seen this bulletin TTB?

I'm going to have to do some searching, can't recall if I saw a copy of it, or it was something someone simply posted on a forum. Could be no truth to it at all. I am sure if it was true it would have come up on Boss.
