I dont know to much about my clutches but im guessing that i have a spring issue? Went out for a ride yesterday and i found my secondary stuck in this position. I was able to loosen it off more but it will not come back?

What am i looking at here guys? Is this a big fix?

Edit: nevermind, i think i figured it out, i need to open it all the way up and tighten a couple screws inside the helix. IMG-20120229-00084.jpg
Thanks

Well, you didn't just change your belt did you? This is how it normally looks with the belt trapped down in between the sheaves. If the belt is tight (can't tell from your pic) the problem could be in the primary. It could be as you say, a broken spring if all else looks good. Relatively easy fix but you will have to take the secondary apart and that means taking out the jack-shaft.

The problem you have is a very simple fix. I had this happen twice on my 2011.
What has happened is that the screws(bolts) that hold your sutecondary rolls in place have come loose and backed out and now the sheave is hitting the top of the head preventing it from closing. To fix this you just need to install the tool to open the secondary and remove the belt. Between the secondary sheaves you will see the two torx heads that hold the rollers in place. Just tighten them down and you are good to go.
These bolts come loose but can not come out because there are c-clips inside that stop them. Good idea. To pack a set of torx wrenchs with you as this is an easy fix in the field.
