2010 M8 APV servomotor

I moved my servomotor to a new spot and started the sled to see if everything is ok and noticed that at idle the servomotor does not move? give it some gas and it still does not move? does anyone know at what point does it start to move the power valves? I didnt look at it before I moved it and am not sure if I didnt pinch a wire or something. Many thanks

i believe the power valves are supposed to open around 6500 rpm

They should do a test cycle once when you first start it though.
