Different ski's. The factory ones don't turn worth crap. Also depending in your riding style, you may want to put the snopro front end on. My brother did it on his to help it with Rolling on its side.

He never changed his ski's out, but a lot of guys went with the powder pros. But when he swapped over from the HCR front end to the snopro front end he replaced the coil overs (because HCR shocks are too long for snopro's) with fox evol's and says their awesome.

The front end is the only mod he's done to his sled other than a jaws can.

One item is the running boards, the SPG boards are the best thing since sliced bread on a mountain sled. No more kicking and stomping to break up ice and snow build up on your boards and your feet stay planted where you want them to be. One just has to look at the new Polaris Pro and the way they have tried to copy the SPG boards.
A SPG hood sheds weight off the front of the sled along with reducing underhood temperatures.
Depending on your riding style you want either a high rise seat of a low rise seat. If you have the body weight and dont need to get side to side much, go hi rise. If your side to side a lot then a low rise seat is the way to go. A low rise seat is 1.5" shorter and 3.25" lower than the Arctic Cat blow molded seats.

Id get a bdx intake along with lots of venting and possibly a rktek secondary clutch kit, also a gauge cage for the speedo is a good little add on for cheap.

The best upgrade you can do is take the handlebars off and place an xp under it
