I know we all like or love to sled but the golf season is approaching us. I am praying for more snow but only for the hills. LOL Just wondering who plays and where everyone has memberships. Looking forward to playing my first round in Orlando in Florida this year. What is everyone playing for clubs this year? If anyone is looking for new clubs then send me a Pm as I have a buddy that is a manager at golf town and I can put you in touch with him for some great deals and savings.

Yah, I got a set of MacGregors, I even gots me some Golf Shoes. Maybe we can hit that par 3 golf course by Bon Accord, Spring Creek Golf Course. I managed to get one game in last year.:d
My clubs are Lefts but I can shoot both right and left, a little better left. On a right club I have one heck of a Hook. I prefer Texas Scramble on the 18 Hole courses though, One shot Im 200 yards good straight, next shot just past the ladies tee box. Putting is the same. I may surprise you..

Well I am playing the 2010 Titleist AP2 irons and titleist wedges, Cobra ZL Driver, Cobra 3 wood, and hybrids with a Scotty Cameron putter. I cant wait to hit the range and see if I cant get my handi cap down it bit lower this year. I usually go away every year before the season starts to get a few practice rounds in before all the amature tournaments starts and the mens open's to shake the rust off.

I have a set of mizuno knock-offs but I'm also playing from a wheelchair now so my club swing is just a tad different these days (sometimes sledding can be cruel). I might need to get some longer shafts so if you know someone who can help out with this, I would be interested in chatting with them. The last time I played was in Phoenix last fall with a bunch of friends...a great time but needed to get a little creative with some of the shot-making (and the 'prefered-lie' rule was in full effect!).

My father bought a set of custom Pings before he passed away in the early 90's...I've had the shafts adjusted for our difference in height...I'll play with those irons till I die. Bought a new set of Taylor Made Woods two years age.

Played 4 rounds of 18 in Phoenix end of February and hope to play a couple in Hawaii next week. Not interested in a membership anywhere...too confining. Ironhead is close to the cabin at Wabanum; Cougar Creek, Millweeds, whatever...like em all. Golf good. :d

Tight Lies, Irons and Woods.
I'm a hack and they have improved my game, however with he kind of people I generally golf with a couple of 2x4's nailed together would do just fine.

I expect to play about 50-60 rounds this year just like I expecteed to do that last year, turned out I only play 5 or 6. We did manage to hit some balls of a buddies deck out at the lake this weekend. With no snow on the ice it was easy to see the balls and retrieve them with a quad.
Here's the cool part...we painted the balls flat black so we could find then easier, which helped, but the best thing was that the paint would leave a small mark on your club face so you could see exactly where you were striking the ball.
So infact we discovered a real nice tool to improve your shot.
By the way...the paint comes off real easy.;)

We have a cabin at Waskesiu. Love both courses up there, Elk Ridge and The Lobstick. Kind of neat to have to wait for the Elk to move off the course before you can tee off:)

Going back home to Lethbridge this weekend for easter. Taking the clubs as the courses down there (including Paradise Canyon) are open!
Now all i gotta do is pray for the wind to die down...
