There was supposed to be some kinda of announcement at the Mud Nationals, which BRP is not a sponsor of, so I couldn't see them doing it there, which they didn't. Every 3 months a new rumour June, Oct, Mar..... 800cc then 900, then 990, then 1000, Now it's a 1000 turbo .....I won't be holding my breath

Hello everyone. About the new sidexside. Talked to my dealer today, it is in production and he will see it next month. It does have the 1000 cc and will be priced about the same as the rzr s. This thing as expected blows away the rzr. AWESOME......looking forward to getting one. Not sure about release date.

I got much the same info, dealers are being introduced to it June 1....limited release out east, then full roll out in the fall. man I hope it's true.....

A prototype of a Can-Am Side by Side is in existence, it is in the testing phase at this time. More info will be announced by Can-Am in late May of this year.

I've "heard" it will be bigger than 1000cc.. Again, all just word of mouth at this point, but I'm excited to see it nonetheless.

BRP is unveiling the S x S tonight at the dealer meeting in Reno, NV. I imagine pics will be everywhere on the net tomorrow by this time.

The commander is up on the Can am website with pricing and all the goodies. 1000 x is $17,200 and change, 800 xt running just north of 15,400.
