2010 800 xp engine 1800 km on it

Had to press the wrist pin out of the piston. Up side crank is good down side 1000 bucks to fix and that's me doing it my self.

Are u sure the cranks good??

Cause when me 800r chucked a piece of the outer crank bearing cage, looked just like that one side only

Yup checked it no play what so ever, was kinda surprised. I'm gonna try it and hope it gets me through winter. Once winters done I'm going to pull engine and rebuild with either big bore or turbo it. I want to sled right now only reason I'm doing quick fix. If it works I will keep using if it don't gonna go buy a brand new one sled.

U can't see or feel it till u take the crank out of the cases

That's what mine looked like

Even had a borascope in there and looked 100%

Have u replaced a belt in the last 500 km??

Like I said I couldn't careless, gonna give it a go. If it don't hold going to go buy a new 800 skidoo free ride if they still make the free ride.

But it will cost ya the top end again

It's 1000 to get the doo crank, bottom end done with cases sealed ect
