Hey whats the word on chappel, im sure its proboly not that good considering allan trail is rought but would like to hear some details from u curtis, any word?

Sorry, i dont think the access will be any good until we get the forecasted snow next weekend. We had cleared the trail just before last season, so the brush is really down, allowing earlier access. We recently went in for a trail inspection and also found the bridge out at 17km:mad: (forestry removing themselves of liabiltiy) but they did a good job and with some shoveling(most likely by me and maxwell;)), early season riders will be able to cross no problem and we also have culverts that will go up with the first groom and be placed in and snow pushed over. I will keep you guys updated with any new info, but I wont have any first hand on-mountain information until next weekend, if we get the forecasted snow, if not, I will not be riding.
BUT IT WILL COME:headbanger::headbanger::Happy6::tearhairout:

hope that helps

PS, awesome username ! lol

Im wish someone else would chime in with a report besides me, as I know people have tried to ride.

Im sorry dude, the access is not good by any means, anywhere. We are just too low on snow. I would suggest you call me thursday afternoon at 2505664817 to see if we have gotten any of the forecasted snow..............there was only 80-90cm up there and sleds area heavy.....

The trail up is horrid, tons of ice for the first 2 switcbacks. Once up top tracks are everywhere back to hillclimb. I made it past the super bowl , still gotta watch for trees and landmines. Had about 3-4 feet of powder with absolutely no base.
