Well my daughters Phazer GT is getting a few upgrades...lol. I went with the GT so the ride is plush and the wide front end makes it stable for her. Installing a set of tipped up rail extensions to make it 121-144. I’m doing this so it still handles like a short track but have floatation of a 144 when needed. She’s 11 so this sled isn’t meant to be rode in deep, tough terrain...just trails and open meadows. I’m debating on whether to powder coat the tunnel or do a wrap. She said this am that hers sounds like a quad and not like dads. Lol ...may need to find a nice sounding exhaust.

The other fun part in this she’s totally interested and helps me. So that the biggest reason I am doing this little mod.

Stay tunned.

Making a bit of headway. Madi really liking the chartreuse color. Struggling to match Yamaha blue ...hopefully the next samples are close.

you bet. It was meant to be for my son, but the project stalled for a few years. So my daughter got it. Worked awesome...fox float rear shock and hydraulic brakes. I did build a 93 Phazer after this for my son, but soon realized today’s technology works better. Lol. It was a fun sled though.

Id get a bracket to relocate that gauge, pretty much guarantee that the first roll over or chest/ head bash into the handlebars will crack and wreck that gauge. Had one years ago and first ride it took a hit, cracked and then shortly after stopped working. Got moisture in it and it worked intermittently from that day forward. Tried to seal it up but had no luck, just kept leaking. I bought a new gauge and got a buddy to fab me up an aluminum bracket to put it down near the console and no matter what the abuse I put it through it never got damaged again....... just a thought

Yes forsure. All I did was flip the bracket around.
