2007 800XRS engine

Does any one know what different years are compatible with? From what I understand, 2006 and older are the 793cc and 2007 and up are 797cc.

Need a new engine and just would like to know what my options are.

‘07 and up are your choices. You will need your lower coolant plate that has the motor mounts built in to put the newer engines in. Electronics need to swap over also. What’s wrong with your current engine?

Initial investigation tells me it’s the bottom end. Engine is siezed and the top end looks to be okay. Just popped the head off so far.

Rebuild it. Parts are cheap now a days

I have a complete engine out of a 07 summit adrenaline 800 that just had a failed head o ring and thus was pushing coolant out the bottle due to compression leaving the cylinder and entering the cooling system. Maybe it would be something you could use? Shoot me a message if interested.
