2006 rev 800 warning lights on and no tach

My 2006 rev 800 intermittenly has all the waring lights come on and the tach will drop to zero have changed the relay and also dielectric greased ECM connections also grounds are clean and tight. Last weekend when first started headlights dim and would not go into reverese shut off and restarted worked fine after. Also cleanned DESS and dielectric greased , Thanks in advance

A liitle more info on what the MPEM is and can it be tested and were is it located

what rpm if its at idle and the idle is too low it will do that

What should the idle be set at i will check that also it does happen when riding did find some corrsion in the connector just before the relay cleanned and di-electric greased have not had it out yet to try will this weekend

I usually warm up engine and set idle to 1800

If setting the idle doesn't do it check the main connector that goes into the MPEM under the headlight. If there is a green colored corrosion there you will have to try and clean it up very carefully as the pins can be easily broken. This model was known to have this issue as snow would melt off the headlight, drip down on the connector and water would enter the connector housing and start to corrode over time. Good luck!

ECM was put into a piss poor spot.... relocated mine on my revs. take another look

put a new relay in. its above the air box cant miss it, will fix the prob happins all the time
