Hey guys, looking at picking my wife up a sled of her own for next year. I found a 2006 M7 141 with 2400 km, has not been rebuilt, for 3800. Apparently it's in 'super' condition. What are your thoughts on these? My wife has ridden my previous SB 600 and present 600 RMK 155 and liked both. Or am I better off getting her something like a MXZ sport?

im not a huge cat guy so I'm not sure if this sled is a dud or not. I myself did not love the M chassis after a quick ride on an M8, but I ride a bit different than her..

thoughts? Also what's the deal the on cats diamond drive? Is it a bomb waiting to go off?

The dd in those sleds were solid and I put 5500km on mine beat it everyday and never missed a beat, some were sensitive to cans, the 05-06 need the hrp relocate bracket for the rear suspension. they are super reliable

I love mine, mine has 5400 km and ran great. I'm currently rebuilding the motor just to be safe. if the DD has been serviced regularly it will be in great condition. great on the trail for cornering and easy to handle in deep snow. track might be a little short depending on what type of riding you do.
