2006 M6 Mileage

I have found a 2006 M6 for sale that has 4,300 miles on it. Is this considered too many miles? What is bound to go out soon or should be checked first?

It's time for a new top end if it's never been done, so factor that into your purchase price and go for it. Great little sled!
