2005 Rmk 900 Fuek tank!

05 Polaris sled, keep breakign fuel tank on the threaded part where the cap screws on! anyone have the same issues?

Looked at a few aftermarket outlets, Motovan, Kimpex, Parts Canada, But can not seem to find any after market tanks. Anyone have any ideas or can point me into the right direction!

No never had that problem. Had the tank updated and been good since. I heard of a few, but its from fueling up and just letting the nozle hang out of the tank with no support.

that could of been it! we just siliconed it, adn hopfully it will last me this year.DO something major next year!

ANy idea, on perhaps some clutching ideas?

Hey there. Was just informed by my local dealer that there is a new recall on the tank. I had mine in earlier last season for this and now it has to go in again. Check into it, seems that they have another tank update.
