2002 summit sway bars ?

i have an 02 summit i was just wondering if its worth getting rid of the sway bars. i have herd that they handle kinda funny on hard pack is that true. if so not a big deal. also am i rilly going to gain anything in the pow. if not is it rilly worth taking them off.

I cut mine out last year. I wish I had taken the time to remove it properly. It does change the handling drastically. Now that the sled is becoming a spare with people that have either not riden or have riden very little riding it I wish I could put the sway bar back in. Dont get me wrong. You can still ride it pretty easy but it is a night and day difference. If you take it out now and start riding I dont think you will notice as big a difference. You will have to stiffen up the front springs too.

I loved my sled after i cut off that dead weight. Just cut them off and stiffen up your front springs a little bit. The only think i didn't like is on hard pack its kinda hard to take high speed corners.
