2006 REV 800... 151 Summit.... BRP LISTS for 184.99, but 13$ in GST bring it to 200 ish
Summitric I REALLY don't know what to do with belts.... I floated my secondary to help out with my belt woes, but as for Aftermarket or BRP... I just dont know....

377 belts are for the XPs. The rev uses 166 belts (unless they have discontinued the 166).

You can usually get one on ebay for $150. I've seen the 166 belt sold as low as $100.

166 is right, but 377 can handle more heat. You can run a 383 on rev too

$200 every year and a half is nothing. Suck it up! The 377 usually doesnt explode, like a gates belt. They usually delaminate and then shred. Exploding belts are crank eaters.

for the Polaris guys here, Goodyear has a carbon fiber replacement belt for the 1180, the part number is 37gbssv1180. I read good reviews on it. I did an Amazon search and found one for $49.44 so I bought it. I was hoping it wasn't a scam so I only bought one.

It arrived and was legit so I ordered 2 more ( I have two IQ sleds). All were new, original packaging and shipped within a week. Very cheap for a good quality belt.

the 383 replaced the discontinued 166, still the same compound tho, the 377 is the same dimension as the 383, but handles the heat better. i run the 377 on my rev 151, i was told i need to because of the dj kit i have. if you do not have issues blowing belts, go for the cheaper ones. if you need all the strength you can get, go with brp, better belt IMO. i have tried everything, and thats what i learned. CUSO is right, the brp belts give you some warning at least

2200kms on my last 377. All mountain use.

If I was concerned with the price I would run the Gates though. Gates makes BRP's belts to BRP specs. On a Rev I would run the new 391. Same dimensions to the 377, but better construction and slightly softer compound. Likely the same price as 377. You can get 383's cheap out of the US. 166 isn't as wide.
