20" Dually Wheels

Getting close to putting new rubber on my dually, and I have noticed that 20" rubber isn't really much difference cost wise than 17". So that has got me thinking about throwing a wheel and tire combo on that don't look like the factory pizza slicer.

So obviously I peruse kijiji regularly, but I am wondering if anyone has some hot tips for a good price on wheels/tires? Ideally Fuel Cleaver wheels and Toyo AT/II tires, but I am open to options.

**Edit** 5th wheel has pin weight of almost 4k, so tire spacing is important. I do not want to run separate spacers.

Check 1010tires, and if you call them you can speak with people that actually know a lot about tires and wheels, which is hard to believe but true.

If I understand what you are asking, you will need to make sure the 17 inch rim will clear any brake components. You probably already know that, but just in case.

He wants to put 20's on so will have lots of room.

Pretty sure he has 17" now but wants to go 20" cuz there is not much price difference any more. U can get fuel rims that are designed to run up to 35's with out spacers that can handle lots of weight. A couple of my welder buddies run them on there rigs.

Currently have 17" Alcoas, thinking about going up to a 20" wheel (have had great experience with Fuel wheels in the past). Certain tire sizes (still E rated) are equal or cheaper in 20". I was pretty surprised when I saw that.

Getting to be way more 20" wheels then 17" so they are becoming the odd size so price goes up. Dually rolling on 20's looks good! And x2 on Chrisco he gave me a great price on winter tires for my step daughters truck.

Try KX Wheels, they are in Vancouver area. Between my son and myself we have purchased probably 15 wheel&tire sets in the last 10 years. They ship to your door for cheap. Would be best to phone direct and explain what you want as they may not show on their website what you are looking for.

just caught this and what i have always said i was going to do was go with 19.5...
american force makes direct bolt on rims and then you can run a taller tire without going so wide...
just my 2 cents...
i have been running the factory alcoa's with 285-75-17's extreme at2's for 300000kms with 1.5" spacers and have never had a problem in saying that the first set of spacers i bought used the nuts to center the outer dually and I switched them out immedietly as soon as i found true hubcentric ones with a lip to keep the outer dually centered
