2 ring piston-VS- 1 ring piston

Does anyone recommend switching to a 2 ring piston? and what is the benifet?

less blow by...but some guys say its more drag to. lol I went with dual ring myself rkt 15hp drop in kit and dynoport pipe sled will eat stockers for lunch now!

2 rings won't get hot and power fade. Also after having her open for a bit it don't back POP when u shut it off. Also if something happens to the top end u can still ride it back.

I switched also... got a boost in PSI in each piston. These are the ones I put in... work great!!

I'm running the MCB dual rings and so far so good. Still holding 150psi after one season on them. I believe you get a bit better heat transfer from the piston to the cyl wall with two rings. Extra drag with a second ring is minimal and not noticeable IMO.
